HELP Plan Update

Effective January 1, 2018, the administration of the HELP Plan will be transitioned from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) to Conduent (Previously known as Xerox). Customer Service inquiries, eligibility inquiries, claims submission, and claims processing for dates of service in 2016 and 2017 will continue to be handled by BCBSMT through December 31, 2018.

Any claims for services rendered in 2018 that are submitted to BCBSMT will be rejected and a letter will be sent to the provider notifying them the participant is not eligible.

As details of the transition are finalized, additional information will be provided.
